Operational Strategies: Lean Production

Lean production is a Japanese approach to management that focuses on cutting out waste, whilst ensuring quality.


This approach can be applied to all aspects of a business – from design, through production to distribution.

1. The effective management of time.
Critical Path or Network analysis.

You should be able to interpret and complete critical path networks by entering ESTs and LFTs and understand the significance of critical and non critical activities.
